Professional and friendly service
I ordered a set of tyres through Henry at the Rustenburg branch. They arrived before the promised date (that's already a big plus in my book) and the fitting of the tyres was done promptly and professionally, with coffee and tea provided (another big plus). I am grateful for such good service. Just a small suggestion: when a quote is given to a customer over the phone I would suggest that consultants might inform the customer that balancing will cost extra, and maybe also remind the customer that alignment will have to be done. Otherwise the customer might assume that the quote is all-inclusive. A special thanks to Henry for his friendly help.
