Poor Service and Treated very Disrespectfully

I've been a regular customer with Tyger wheel & Tyre Lansdowne Branch. I''ve always received and enjoyed excellent service from Robin. I was referred by my insurer to the newly formed Tokai branch. After being treated which such disrespect by Lizette Hendricks at the Tokai branch, I refuse to do business again with Tyger wheel and Tyre. She definitely needs to be sent for lessons on how to be more professional, and how to keep a customer happy by doing damage control so that the customer can come back. I have requested my insurer to cancel the second quote that was approved and to be referred to another service provider in the hope that I shall receive better service. After the disrespect shown, I refuse to use Tyger Wheel & Tyre again period.
