Poor Service and Bad Attitude

To Whom it may Conern,<br> <br> I arrived at Tiger Wheel and Tyre to have a puncher fixed, Mzi was great in helping me and put me on the waiting list to have my puncture fixed. Then after 5 minutes another client walked in and the rep named, Brian helps him and proceeds to take him straight to a lift. I approached him asking is there a waiting list, his reply was this is my client, who's your rep. Very arrogant What is the point of having a system to service clients when you have single minded person making his own calls not interested in already waiting clients. Brian needs to learn how to interact and talk to people with respect. Been coming to Tiger Wheel and Tyre for the last 20 years, very disappointed in the lack of attitude and narrow mindness. <br> <br> Regards.
