Poor Service and Arrogant Attitude

On 3 October 2018, I visited Tiger Wheel and Tyre Somerset Mall to have wheel balancing and alignment done. I arrived at 11h00 and was told that there were 3 vehicles before me. My vehicle was only completed at 13h30!! While I appreciate that things work on a first come first served basis, what angered me was that there were two cars that came in after me (a red Polo and a bronze Kuga) for wheel balancing and alignment, but were put into the queue before mine (I have a picture of the appointment book), and were finished long before mine. The advisor who attended to me (Arno Venter) could not tell me why there were two cars who jumped the queue - I waited for a further 30 minutes until 14h00 and then all he could give me was a list of times when my car went in for balancing and alignment. Despite repeated requests he could not explain why the Polo and the Kuga were put before my car in the queue. All he could was apologise, which in my view is simply not enough - time is money!! Furthermore, while I was waiting between 13h30 and 14h00 for feedback, another incident arose where another advisor (Ulrich) questioned why a Chev Trailblazer which came in after a BMW, was already having it's tyres changed, whereas the BMW was still waiting. This tells me that there is a serious systemic issue at this branch, where advisors simply move later coming cars up the queue, to the detriment of customers who brought in their cars earlier. The staff here simply do not know what is going on, as no one could give me any answers! They are ***********, and in the case or Arno, also very arrogant - he did not care that it took so long! There is a serious lack of discipline amongst the advisors in this store.

I have been visiting this store since 2002, and will not visit this store or any other Tiger Wheel and Tyre in the future for tyres - only for Discovery inspections

Further feedback - got a call from Francois on Thursday 04/10 - no help here either. He said that the Kuga was only in for wheel balancing, which is incorrect - it WAS on the wheel alignment bay. All he could do was apologise, and not provide any answers as to why two cars went in before mine. This is still unacceptable, they cannot seem to understand that time is money - will they pay my two hour's salary above the the one hour I expected to be there?? NO!!! No response from Tiger Wheel and Tyre head office means that they have adopted a "don't care" attitude to customer's concerns, and don't really care about their brand image. Don't expect my business in the future!
