Poor service

<p>I went to Tiger wheel and tyre last week Friday to replace a tyre. Jean, the sales person were very friendly and helpful until I've paid for the work (yet to be completed). He said he will call me later that same day to come pick up my wheel. Almost a week later and I'm still awaiting his call...</p> <p>I've decided to go to the Menlyn branch today to see what is the problem only to find the work has still not been completed.</p> <p>According to the manager, Richard, Jean is off. I don't see this as any excuse.</p> <p>I've told Richard that I had to cancel all my weekend plans and will now take this matter further. He rep****: "that's fine". </p> <p>I shall most certainly not do any further business with Tiger Wheel and hopefully none of the people that ask me about Tyre fitment centres. </p>
