Poor service

<p>Afternoon</p> <p>I was at tiger wheel and tyre at Keywest mall on Friday the 09/09/2016. I know its something stupid but i am really not happy due to that i always did change my tyres there. This time the person that helped me did ask me if its okay to take my car for a test drive when they are done, i told them “NO its oky “, he then marked on the paper that i also signed afterwards NO test drive. Then when they where done i saw my car taking off 5-10 min the car comes back them i asked them guy that helped me why did they take my car for a test drive when i told them NO and signed on the paper, then he said he is not sure because he told them not to, i ask for the manager when he came to me he said that he did heard my story and that they never told the person not to test drive the car, so they **** to me. I know its something plain but their is policies and i did tell them and i signed not to take my car for i test drive. What would have they done if something happened on the road after they had no permission to take my car? I am really not happy and also won't go to them again because i stay +-30km away from them passing a lot of tyre places. I do i understand that they did phone me and said sorry but i am still not happy with what happen.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
