Poor service

I went Benoni Tiger wheels and Tyre’s to inquire about changing my tires and was told that they need to have an authorization from my insurance. Two days have passed without hearing from them. I assume this is the way they operate though I use to go to Kempton Park branch where I receive excellent service and was informed within about the outcome within an hour.
