Poor quality

I bought two pairs of Continental tires ContiSportContact 255/40 ZR21 from Tiger Wheel and Tires in 2*** consecutive years. Both sets are worn out and even the dealership (TigerWheelandTires) confirmed that they are worn. I am not a frequent traveler. I travel less than 15000km per annum. How is it that the Tires are worn out in less than three. One pair is two years old and the other pair is only a year old. Tires last at least three years for a frequent traveler but for someone like me Tires should last for four to five years as I indicated that I am not a frequent traveler and I travel less 15000km per annum.

I tried to log a complain with Tiger Wheel and Tires but their response was merely an excuse not to understand my concern. They told me about my driving,roads weather etc. I take my car for Wheel alignment two to three times a year and I do it with them (Tiger Wheel and Tires) they have my record.

I not happy with their response regarding my concerns. I am not happy with the quality of their products (Tires).
