Poor online service

since I purchased a car battery online on the 29th of december last year and I received an invoice confirming the purchase. On the 3rd of january I contacted the company to check the order and they saying they did not receive payment. I sent them the invoice but still they saying that they have not received payment, their online service is **** and the only thing they know is to waste peoples time and money
