Poor customer Service

I am very disappointed with the service that we have been getting from Tiger Wheel . My boyfriend went to do a rotation and wheel alignment at Tiger Wheel Newton Park Branch Gqebera(Port Elizabeth) in January 2025 after few hour he left the place he realised that the Lock nut was missing, he then went back to tell them that he’s Locknut was missing and he couldn’t find it in the car they told him that they will check their IPad to see if it was really there and they will contact him. They never contacted him up until he sent someone to do a follow up on his behalf since he does not stay in PE ,it is only then that they confirmed that they did check their records and they did lose his Locknut but he never received any reimbur*****t for it instead they kept on sending him from Pillar to Post and they told him to go to his nearest Branch which is East London but they never assisted him up until now we’ve been doing back and forth with Tiger Wheels with no assistance and the worst part of it is that this has been an ongoing query since January 2025 which means that they don’t even have a standard turn around time for the customer queries . We’ve been getting inconvenienced as there are places that we cannot Park at because the wheel poses a risk of being easily ****** anytime .The tyre and the MagWheel for that car costs almost 30k and the insurance will ask for the locknut before paying and should that tyre get ****** Tiger Wheel will be responsible for damages that may happen to the car even if we have to take it up with Ombudsman and Consumer act as there is conversations between the Technician and the car owner regarding the Lost Lock nut
