Poor Client Service

RICHARD VAN DEVENTER told (me) to take the R260.00 (I) asked back for a wheel alignment that was not yet done, and go across the street and buy (me) some food - with a sarcastic patronising attitude. (I) felt so humiliated and embarrassed (I) could not answer him a word. <br> <br> Before this, and because TWT is not on Pretorium Trust, (I) had to take the car for tyres to another supplier - who also did the alignment - at that time (I) was not aware that it should/could still be done at TWT. (I) found out from (my daughter) after (I) had the alignment done, that there was still credit for an alignment at TWT, and (I) proceeded to phone them to enquire whether we can get refund - whereafter the above ensued.
