Pathetic service again

Again I went back to tiger wheel and tire after I had the same experience there I while ago. The sales agent in this case Chad Spice is quick to take my money for the wheel alignment but when my car is done the report gets dumped on my car seat, it is not explained nor am I told everything with the vehicles is fine or something is wrong. Pathetic service. Will definitely not deserve a third time.
