pathetic after service

1/04/2016 i had my cars wheel alignment done and the cradle shift left adjusted because my car was running to the left a little it smooth out the one tires outta edges,i pulled my car up and the the guys john and another guy did a complete suspension check and told me my lower control rack end on the driver side is sightly bent but this has never been a problem even when i had my alignment done before.my steering shake uncontrollable now and my steering is no longer straight it skew on straight road went back nobodies want to help me.bad after service i have a problem that wasn't there before i had my alignment done and my smooth tire i replaced it now its a new problem bad after service nobody wants to assist
