Outstanding Service

On Monday the 7th of April 2025, I unfortunately hit a pothole on my way to work and in the process two of my rims and tyres got damaged. Seeing that the nearest town at time of incident was that of Vereeniging, and as per recommendation from my insurance provider, I decided to take my vehicle to Tyger Wheel and Tyre – Three Rivers - for assistance. As per my previous rating on Google, I most definitely do not prefer the Tiger Wheel and Tyre branch in Three Rivers, Vereeniging, due to very poor service received on several occasions in the past.

However, upon my arrival I met Stephen Khiba in the parking lot, who even assisted me with parking indications – first time ever at Tiger Wheel and Tyre. Stephen’s professionalism, patience and attitude was exceptional throughout my experience. He continuously maintained such a calm demeanor, demonstrated patience and showed empathy throughout. He treated me with utter respect, provided prompt assistance and maintained a positive attitude throughout. Throughout the process he continuously communicated clearly and concisely, and he most definitely focused on customer satisfaction, and he has a genuine sense of care.

Tiger Wheel and Tyre, you have a gem, and I wish Stephen the very best in his career at Tyger Wheel and Tyre. He is like a breath of fresh air with a lightness and energy about him that is surely contagious. His strong sense of communication, empathy, decisiveness and his positive attitude is clearly that of a leader. Yet again, thank you Stephen.
