Online order mayhem at Claremont TWT...

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - nobody takes ownership of order. Order online... Receive email to confirm order... Wait for contact from TWT Claremont... Nothing happens... Next day early morning I call TWT to find out what's happening. No-one knows about order BUT promises to find out & contact me. 5 hours later still no feedback. Call again & speak to different guy who promises to find out and confirm when I can come for fitment. He at least does call back & says tyre should be at the branch later the afternoon & they will let me know once it is there. By next morning I call again after not hearing back from TWT. Told the tyre is there & I can come for fitment. Once I arrive there I find out the wrong tyre was ordered - So now we wait again & hope that this time they will call me & not wait for me to call them again...

Nice guys when dealing directly with them - BUT they do not know how to deal with online orders... & they have very little grasp of the concept that you should always call a client to give feedback & update - at any time (but especially if you promise to do so)...
