Not what I expected from TWT

I called TWT Carletonville Mall yesterday to order tyres to be fitted today. I drove all the way from Westonaria to Carletonville only to find that the store in Carletonville no longer exists. I called them on their Carletonville number only to be told that they have moved to Cradlestone Mall and that calls to their Carletonville number is being forward to their new premises. This is very disappointing from TWT as Carletonville Mall still shows as a store on your website and I was also able to buy a Black Friday deal online and select Carletonville Mall as my fitment store. What a waste of my time and fuel.
