Not taking responsibility

I was to date not contacted for the issue mentioned previously. However they spoke to my daughter, whom was not the complainant at all and are now denying any responsibility for the radio not working.<br> <br> A battery test was done and due to the radio being connected to the battery, this was the cause of the radio fusing. <br> <br> They make promises to call back in a few hours, call the next day, make new promises etc etc etc. Professionally I require this to be corrected as proof was given by a Sound engineer that this is the possible case of radio not working.<br> <br> Manager - Richard, made a promise that he will pay for it out of his pocket, if need be. But now speaks to my daughter the whole time in circles.<br> <br> Being women, they are not adding up to the responsibility of the Supplier in error and making necessary adjustments to rectify. <br> <br> Quote was received for new radio, with installation of R 1100.00 - I expect someone to pay for this, either TWT, or person whom did the battery test or salesperson.<br> <br> Please this should be resolved asap
