Not satisfied

On Saturday morning I visited the Blackheath/Cresta branch of Tiger Wheel and Tire for my annual Discovery vehicle check. One gentleman was very busy assisting people and the rest of the 'office staff' who should have been assisting people were mulling around chatting. Eventually one guy did ask if I had been helped. I said no and that I was 5 minutes away from leaving and finding another branch. He told me I would have to wait for the guy doing the Discovery check and walked off. My experience of this branch was awful until the gentleman who had been so busy before assisted me. He was seemingly the only one who could do the Discovery check and seemingly was the only one with manners and people skills - his service was truly friendly and helpful. Needless to say I will not be returning to this branch for anything in future.
