Not Honoring the deal

Tiger Wheel opened a new business today at River Stone mall Meyerton . Part of their shop opening promotion they had a buy two get two free deal. This was limited to first 50 customers. We visited the shop a week before official opening twice to confirm if Michelin tyres was part of this. They gave me a price on Michelin Primacy 4 and i had to pre order so we did. Due to the special deal the manager said we need to be there at least before 0500 to make sure we qualify. Needless to say my wife was at the doors 0430 and was 6th in line. The doors opened and she payed the full amount. She was then told to wait until her number is called. At 0900 she was informed (after she went to find out why people that arrived after her was being assisted) that Michelin tyres is apparently not part of the deal. I honestly think that this is bad business why did we do all the ground work to confirm weeks before and also Pay just to be informed that they can no longer honor their commitment.
