Not happy at all

I bought a new set of Borb 15 inch rims and tyres a while ago, when I got them, I noticed after a while that my tyre kept going flat, toke it back and they said its a slow puncture. They then check but didn't find anything. I went back at least 5 times, every Saturday, and they did they same thing every time. I then checked the rim and ture myself in a lot of water and found the rim to have a small hole. They then toke the rim, was kind enough to lend me different rim to yse while they get me another rim. But since they toke the rim, I had to keep phoning them to find out when I will get my rim, they said they will phone me back every time but they haven't, still have not heard a word and it's been almost two weeks now. I am not happy with them not keeping me up to date and also informing me when I will receive my new rim.
