Not a happy customer

I was going to just leave this however I don’t believe it would benefit the store. I brought my vehicle in last week to have two rear tyres replaced, two wheels straightened, wheel balancing and alignment. For perspective I had started noticing a balancing issue and wanted it sorted out but also suspected a bent rim or two. After having all the above done (at a premium cost) I drove away only to find my steering wheel off to the left. I returned the next day and asked for this to be rectified. They were short staffed and could not do a test drive. I said that’s fine, I am sure it is not sorted. But no, the steering was not off to the right. I then had the opportunity later that day to get into the highway, only to find a vibration at 120km ph that was worse than before. I will be honest and say that at this point I started ranting because of the price I had paid and what I had gotten in return. I then took my car to Super Quik down the road and asked them to sort out the steering wheel which they did the first try. Something is wrong with the equipment or the staff operating the equipment and at the premium price I do t believe this is helping a brand I have always promoted as being the best.
