No Service or Help

AVOID! Went to get my Vitality Sensor replaced. After arriving I had no idea where to go. I find an office at the back, both counters empty with no helping staff. I wait around a bit and no one even takes a few seconds to ask if the can help. There is a lot to be done to sort this out. But until further notice AVOID unless you happy to have a great afternoon spoilt.
