No service at Tiger Wheel and Tyre Boksburg

This is the 3rd time I’ve visited Tiger Wheel and Tyre in Boksburg and I’m appalled by the lack of service. I’ve just read a similar review from someone with the same experience with Tiger Wheel and Tyre in Gezina, which leads me to believe it’s a company wide thing.

People are standing around on their phones or playing and joking amongst each other- the minute I mention Discovery Insurance inspection everyone scattered like roaches. The remaining staff member even confirmed that everyone hates doing inspections so they just disappear. It was as if he’s doing me a favour when he told me that he’ll assist me after another customer which would be in 15 minutes. Why can’t the other staff members assist?

I left and went back later. Again same experience, no customers in store but as soon as I said Discovery Insure inspection, everyone suddenly has something else to do. I waited 15 minutes (again) and left without being assisted.
