No regard to Safety. No sense of responsibility. Disappointed.

Yesterday I went to Tyger Wheel & Tyre Somerset West to have my 2 rear wheels checked for slow punctures. One wheel was taken off and inspected, but the second had 3 lug nuts that stripped the outside of the lug nut cover while being loosened and thus could not be removed. I was informed it is a frequent occurrence with Ford vehicles. Today I went to Ford to ask about it, and I was told an incorrect tool might have been used to cause the damage as they are not aware of such a claim. I went back to Tyger Wheel and I was told to buy "proper" nuts from them, to which I refused. Manager eventually agreed to give me 4 new lug nuts and a spanner. My tyre threads were all low so I got 4 new tyres, but the 4 new nuts were fitted/distributed one per wheel. What effect does having mismatched nuts have? Also, I arrived home to notice they did not put the new spanner in the car. I drive 200km everyday, and If I get a puncture on any tyre tomorrow I will not be able to change it because I do not have a spanner for the 4 new nuts fitted one on each wheel - this is a major SAFETY concern for me!!! Also, I never got any empathy nor apology for any inconvenience caused to me for this ordeal, instead, I was told that I am shouting at their colleague as I refused to pay for the lug nuts, and also got an attitude as though I am being unreasonable. Tomorrow I have to spend a 3rd day arguing. I have had my tyres changed several times without the nuts stripping, and was not aware of any Ford defect prior to this incident and the fact that the rest of the wheels were removed without a problem is another factor. I also checked with at least 3 colleagues who use Ford vehicles and they too have not had this happen before. Now I will have to bear the inconvenience of carrying 2 spanners and run a risk of losing one to find myself stuck with a wheel I cannot change. Profusely unhappy.
