no customer acknowledgement

In 20 minuntes of being at the store.we waljed past 2 sales people and not one greeted us or even ackliwledged us.they just stared at us and ignored us.when i complained about it.the sales person just said well were not really open yet so i must wait.and they were already helping 4other customers at this point
