No advantage of any sort here.

TW&T sell a service called Tiger Advantage where they promise to claim on your behalf when you have hit a pothole, bail you out, renew your vehicle licence. They promise to give you feedback or progress reports. I made a pothole claim in June, and only received progress once, even then because I asked for it. After that nothing. I then renewed 2 vehicle licences and asked that 1 be sent to KZN. Both licences were sent to KZN, and worse I overpaid for one licence. I have emailed, phoned with no responses to phone calls. I don't want to be arrested as I fear I will remain there until I am released on compassion. Really!!!.
