No Accountability!!!

I am very disappointed in this branch, I took my car in for wheel alignment and found that someone broke my window button. I then asked the manager, Gerhard Pretorius, to identify who was working on my car, but he protected his guys without, all he said was he won't be able to tell me who did it and said sorry. This is outright unprofessional and unsatisfactory.
