NEED TYRES AND GOOD SERVICE. DO NOT USE TIGER WHEEL AND TYRE AT CRESTA.

I have Just received the worst service that I have had for years from any company at TWT Cresta. Having had 4 new tyres fitted to my Audi my car was left with an apprentice in the wheel alignment bay who proceeded to climb in and out of my car covered in oil and grease. On attempting to complain to morne (the man in charge) he couldn't even be bothered to put down the phone to attend to my problem. At one point he even walked away without a word and left me standing at the wheel alignment bay. The only helpful person was the lady from accounts who left her office and cleaned some of the grease off. Utterly disgusted with with level of customer care.
