On 07/08/2019 I brought my car to Tiger wheel and tyre in Tzaneen for wheel balancing and alignment, when they did wheel balancing they lifted my car with a lift without putting rubbers/arms to protect the underneath of my car where it got damaged due to their negligence, I only noticed when I test drove my car that there was a huge noise coming from rear wheels and they tried to establish what could be the cause but with no solution, I called BMW on call to tow my car thinking it was a mechanical fault, the car was inspected by BMW and advised that I could have driven/hit on something which I did not, I went back to Tiger wheel and tyre to report the damage and they did not want to take the responsibility claiming that I hit something, I would want to confirm with the said damage, there is no way it can be drivable in that position and otherwise if I should have hit something, my car has insurance and I would have contacted my insurance immediately to report the accident.
