Earlier the week I bought 4 rims and tyres at \another tyre place\", but through the process of elimination concluded they sold me the wrong products. Phoning in TW&T for advice Mzi with his calm but professional phone etiquette, persuaded me to come in the store and see how he could help me. After a very professional and intense inspection, concluded that the vibration was coming from the incorrect rim and tyre size. He advised me the danger of my purchase and how detrimental it could be to my vehicle and the safety of its passengers. He was zipping up and down like a Meerkat checking on me while I waited and on my car making sure everything was in order. He is a true master of the lost art form of \"multitasking\". He really composed him self as a true ambassador of your company being both professional, sympathetic and courteous. A genuine team player and all round excellent salesman. You should hand his portrait for worker of the month right next to you \"happy with the serves bell\", because it will save you time with all the ringing lol. Please send my appreciation to him."
