Mokopane branch unable to redeem Tiger Advantage Plus vouchers

The manager of Tiger Wheel & Tyre in Mokopane don't take clients concerns seriously. In September, the staff battled to redeem vouchers from my Tiger Advantage Plus loyalty program, citing a change in the system. After battling for 30 minutes, they eventually phoned one Willem who guided them telephonically. The manager promised to get training for his staff on the upgraded system. Today, I took my other car to the same branch for routine wheel balancing & alignment. The salesman wanted to offer me 30% (R248.86) discount. I kindly requested to redeem a R500 voucher from my Tiger Advantage Plus loyalty program. Then the staff members said they don't know how to do it. I had to tell this staff member to ask a fellow colleague who (Mr. Willem) to guide them over the phone. I took the issue up with the manager again, but he gave lousy excuses that the systems change every month. Can Tiger Wheel & Tyre head office, please come train the sales personnel on how to redeem the Tiger Advantage Plus loyalty vouchers to avoid this customer frustration.
