Making a plan in Unusual times

I sent a mail to TWT at about 5 am in the morning regarding the ability to purchase tyres, for fitment after lockdown, online, using my Discovery Insure benefits and Excess Funder Account.

Within 20 minutes I had a reply and a promise to investigate and see if it is possible. Fast forward an hour, and all was sorted, including a quote in my inbox from the local branch manager.

I really appreciate the team going above and beyond to ensure that I was helped.
