Loose wheel nuts - not acceptable

As a female driver I put my trust in Tiger wheel and tyre to deliver quality service but was completely let down. I was driving home after having my wheel alignment and balancing done when I started hearing a loud whirring noise from my back left wheel. Only to find that when I got home after I had to myself check to see if the nuts had been securely tightened to find that none of the nuts on my back left wheel were securely tightened. I paid R595 for this shocking service and have lost all trust in Tiger wheel and tyre to ever use their services again. <br> I would like to know what checks are done, if any at all, Tiger wheel and tyre have in place to ensure that the nuts on the tyres are securely tightened. <br> I regard safety as a high priority and I don't even want to consider what could have happened if I had been travelling at 120km's and my wheel came off. <br>
