Lazy Sales Rap

I bought continental tyres at Tiger Wheels (Hatfield)together with the conti-sure insurance. Yesterday I went to get my tyre fixed. A sales rap by the name of Andries gave me a poor service ever. Problem is he did not want to check my car History on TSW system. He insisted that my tyre are out of insurance and have expired. What also got me upset I bought two set of tyres this year. When he checked the receipt he said only one tyre is insured. Im so disappointed about this whole thing. I feel a senior person should look into this matter this is not for the first time this is happening to me. Eventually I just paid for a new tyre because I was on my way to Nelspruit.
