Kenneth at Imam Haron Road Cape Town is a star

I got most excellent treatment from Kenneth at the Landsdowne (Imam Haron) Road Tiger Wheel and Tyre this morning. I had a very unhappy experience at the opposition with my Fortuner battery earlier this morning and I thought I would try Tiger Wheel and Tyre as an alternative. Kenneth didn't have my battery in stock - no problem - he tried to get one delivered. When that didn't work out, he offered to walk over the road so I could buy a battery from a motor spares establish. We did that and then Kenneth fitted it for free. The solution cost me half what the opposition quoted - and Kenneth was a thoroughly pleasant guy to deal with. I popped into the office of Buks the manager to commend Kenneth.
