INVOICED FOR UNAPPROVED GOODS

I went to Tiger Wheel on Monday, 31/08/2015. I was assisted by Tumi. I had a flat rear left tire and it Tumi insisted that the tire cannot be repaired and that we had to replace the tire. They did not have stock in the required tire and I confirmed that it was fine and left my car there for the day, they received the stock later the afternoon, I was contacted to collect my car. <br> <br> Upon my arrival Tumi replaced TWO tires without my consent, I agreed to replace a single wheel to the value of R2900. My invoice was R5500!!! This is unacceptable and dishonest!!! What if I could not afford the extra tire??? <br> <br> This is not the first bad experience I had with this branch!!! <br> <br> Horrible service<br> Dishonest staff<br>
