Tiger Wheel and Tyre falsely advertise that they are so qualified to work on your car. Warning! If you make such claims how come you are delivering substandard work.

Wheel alignment can only be performed on a vehicle that has no damaged suspension parts and/or rims.

If there are any defects present on any of these parts then the defect must first be repaired before the wheel alignment can be set accurately.

If you claim to set the wheel alignment on a vehicle with defective rims/suspension and let the customer drive out your store you are intentionally causing excessive wear and tear on the tyres ~ is this just to sell more tyres?

I take my vehicles for balancing and wheel alignment every 10,000 km. You take off the wheel and balance a tyre on a defective rim (How do you do this and not say anything ~ incompetence?) Then you put the wheels back on the vehicle (not even going to mention the lack of torque wrench s****s) and then go and “set” the wheel alignment ~ how exactly do you claim to do this if IT IS JUST NOT POSSIBLE. Not one of your wheel alignment reports indicates that you have compensated for a bent/buckled rim ~ because it simply can’t.

Three of your stores claim to have set wheel alignment on several vehicles belonging to me and when returned for defective workmanship you then claimed that a rim was bent/buckled causing the problem. Excuse me, it’s your “Speciality” “Expertise” to first determine if there are any defects that may prevent you from correctly setting the wheel alignment before you proceed ~ else you are just taking money for no service rendered and it is your duty to advise your customers of any defects.

Your advert uses words such as “specialising”, “As a leader in the industry, we aim to provide expert advice and quality products…” If this were true how bad must the other service providers be? Tyres, suspension and brakes are critical for the safe operation of any vehicle ~ and you claim to be experts ~ in what exactly.

Final word to the unsuspecting customers out there: “Expert”, “Specialising” & “Industry Leader” implies that at least someone in the store or group of stores is qualified with some sort of an Engineering Certificate/Diploma/Degree in suspension geometry & tyre management so the rest of their employees are at least working on your vehicle with some sort of “qualified” supervision. So where can we see these certificates for the so called "specialists" and "experts" they claim to be.
