I am shuttered by their service !!!! Tyger wheels

Around the 23rd of August Had a problem with my Car battery and took it to the above mentioned dealership in Soweto next to Toyota dealership in Orlando. I know my air con was working perfectly and until this new battery was installed. On Saturday the same week, i went back to them to complain but they did not help even though they knew they were in the wrong and this was confirmed when i took my car in for service that the air-con is not working and it was disrupted we believe by the people who changed the battery. I feel this is very unfair to me as a customer who spent money at their business and nobody is willing to take responsibility. I really need answers from your head office as to how customers are treated and assisted. I can be contacted on the number ********** 239.
