How the mighty have fallen!

Went into the Tiger wheel and tyre branch in Benoni and I must say I am little dissatisfied. I was always happy to pay extra as long as I get the service, but when I have to pull my own car onto the bay, normally there would be coffee or water while you wait, be updated on the process on the vehicle and have the wheel alignment report explained to me, yet none of the above happened, the salesman spoke about 15 words to me for the hour I was in branch and that included the greeting which I had to initiate. As an ex Tiger employee If I treated a customer like that I would have been fired! Mr Taplin would be very disappointed if he saw where the service levels where at!
