Horrible service at Fourways Crossing Tiger wheel and tyre

What a horrible experience I had at tiger wheel and tyre Fourways Crossing. I have been changing my tyres and doing my wheel alignment and anything that has to do with tyres at Tiger wheel and tyre Fordsburg and Eastgate and they are soooo excellent, their willingness to help is what I’m used to and and their efficiency.

I regret going to Fourways Crossing and as someone who’s also in the service industry that was really disappointing. I got there and obviously didn’t want to sit down so they would see I just walked in, no one attended to me everyone was just passing me. I then thought ohk let me sit down then, was I attended to? Nope, probably because I’m black. I then Asked another lady how do I get to be assisted because everyone has been passing me and not even one person bothered to ask if I’ve been assisted.

She then asked a lady by the name of Zizo Mhlabeni thanks to the quotation she gave me because she did not have a name tag like the rest. She asked me what I need assistance with, and she said let’s go outside to check my tyres, she only checked the tyres on the passenger side and said. “Your tyres are finished”, I asked her won’t you check the two tyres on the drivers side? She quickly went there touched them and said they all finished.

We went back in, looking at the time I knew she was not going to assist me because it was after 4:30, I’ve never seen someone who does not care and not willing to assist, lady was busy saying she will give me a quotation for tyres because 3 are finished.

I’m busy telling her I’m not there for that the insurance wants pictures and all sorts of things for the claim. Instead of making me understand the problem, claim process or anything that I might need to know. She’s more concerned about a quotation and telling me to come tomorrow she will assist me.

I told her that but you are not assisting me in any way and she was like”how do you want me to assist you, call your insurance and ask what do they cover”

I left there with a quotation that I don’t know what it’s for, wasn’t helped in anyway. I would drive to Durban for a good service that’s just how far service goes I wouldn’t mind going that far knowing very well I’ll be valued.

At this point I will wait for my day off which I don’t know is when and go to the branches that I’ve been going to since 2019 because they made me feel valued and never been this disappointed.

I move to Fourways and I’m 5 minutes away from the Fourways Crossing branch and I honestly thought id quickly go there for the assessment of the tyres since it’s also tiger wheel and tyre I was expecting the same service and treatment. I’m very disappointed I just love tiger wheel and tyre that’s why I’m still going to stick by you guys but will have to drive further for a normal service.
