Horrible service at cradlestone mall

Horrible service at Tiger wheel cradlestone! In October 2023 we went to tiger wheels at cradlestone because our battery had died, one of their guys there said we had the wrong battery and replaced it with a “correct” battery. The battery died Saturday 4th of Jan and we went back to tiger wheels and one of the guys there said the battery we had is wrong and that their guy had given us a wrong battery but only their manager can sort this out on Monday (spent the whole weekend with no car). Come today (Monday) we go there and the manager says “ I can just replace a battery incase it is alternator damaged, go find an electrician to check out the alternator”. Fine we do that and he says no go back AGAIN and ask them for a report! This is disgusting service and an inconvience to a customer that has taken a day off work and with no care for 3 days to be sent up and down just because the manager doesn’t want to take responsibility and avoiding giving us a new battery because our battery is still under warranty and was bought from their shop. Stay away from this guys, their customer service is bad and an insult to customers.
