HOME TIME MORE IMPORTANT THAN CUSTOMER

I went to TWT Strubensvalley on Saturday 3rd May 2025 wanting a slow puncture fixed. I met with Cristo. The day before Christo had said to me, I can come as long its before closing and they will help. I was there about 12:30/12:40 on Saturday and they close 1pm.

Christo flat refused to assist me - stating they had 4 cars on the ramp and one waiting. I was happy to wait but he said they close at one and they cannot help me. I was confused as I was there before they closed as stated.

I work in retail and understand operating time, but it seems home time was more important to Christo than me as the customer. I will not recommend this dealership.
