Helping a customer in need

I would just like to thank Ally at TWT Centurion (cnr Heuwel and Stasie street). My insurance wanted to charge me double excess, because they claim that they had not received my VIC, which was done over a year ago. Ally went the extra mile and went through their archives to find me copy of the VIC. Thank you again Ally!!
