Great service from Helen and Petrous

Initially when I went to the branch for a quote. The males I spoke to just looked at my rim and quote. Second time I went, Helen took the time to assess the rim fully, diagnose, advise and educate me on the rim before I booked it in. She kept following up with me to hear if the insurance had responded to her. Insured my rim was fixed and I left happy. The day I left my tyre. Petrous was helpful too. I make special mention of him as I have noticed most males undermine females when it comes to THEIR cars. He was fast efficient and not condescending!
