Great service from Gio

I went to TwT in Fordsburg to enquire and replace my rear tyres as they have flat spots. i arrived there and was assisted by a gentleman. i advised him i have insurance on my tyres but not sure with which company. He said to me if i don't know the company how is he supposed to know it or help me. I told him i was advised to quote my ID number which will provide all my details. He was rude and did not want to assist. I went to Giovanni and explained the situation. He was willing to trace the company for me. I supp**** my ID number and he managed to pick up my policy. it took him less than 2 min which the previous consultant was not willing to do BIG UPS for the Great service from Gio. He went above and beyond the call or duty to assist me,
