Great Customer Experience
Great service!
I went in to sort out my insurance vehicle inspection process. The service I received from the lady (sorry didn’t get her name) was amazing. So welcoming and polite. Great attitude too. Definitely giving her a 5/5 rating for great customer service and experience
I then later engaged with Kobus who introduced me to the tiger wheel and tyre advantage plus - such a great sales person. Really knows his product well, buy the end of our conversation I was sold and signed up. Wish I knew about this much sooner but still grateful I joined. 5/5 for Kobus too
Thank you Kobus and Lady for your great customer engagement skills. Absolutely love ❤️
