FRUSTRATED WITH SERVICE RECEIVED

I went to Tiger Wheel & Tyre in Alberton as I always thought highly of them. I had 2 puntures that needed to be repaired. While this was being done & the tyre was being fitted back onto the rim, the employee (Joe/Joseph) took the paint off the rim.If I hadn't been there while this was being done, the tyre would have been fitted onto the rim whitout a word.After taking it up with the sales persons assisting me (Daniel).He mentioned that he would repair the rim at Tiger Wheel's expense as this was their mistake.Daniel mentioned to me that it would take around 2 days for the rim to be repaired.Being a Vw, there is a marie Biscuit & not a full sized tyre.After dropping off the rim on Wednesday at around 15H00 with Peter (Manager), the driver from Wheel collision was going to fetch that afternoon to repair.The next day (Thursday), I called twice in the morning, call was not returned.I followed up at 15h00 and the rim had not been collected, no work done on it and no contact was made with me to inform me of this.The car just stood there & Peter took no responsibility of ensuring that the rim was collected.Pls contact me as there isn't sufficient charcters to complete this complaint
