Fourways Crossing, Worst Service Ever!!

Tiger wheel & Tyre Fourways crossing is the absolute worst!! Called yesterday morning and spoke to Charles about a repair that they had done to my wheels that was not done right, he said I should come and he will sort it out. I arrived at TWT fourways crossing, asked for Charles, he came and I told him that I had called and we spoke about the issue. He says to me "I speak to a lot of people during the day and cant remember you, so you will just have to wait", he then walks off ,grabs his cellphone and starts either chatting to people or scrolling through social media for about 15 minutes while I wait...After waiting so long, I still had no one to help me so I left and got it done somewhere else!! Worst experience ever, will never support or recommend them ever again!!
