Financial *******

Ive taken my vehicle in for wheel alignment check and adjustment. Most of the cars on the road only have fron toe - in adjustment. Castor Camber and rear alignment fixed on 95% of vehicles on the road. My invoice stipulated that wheel alignment was done on front and rear axle which includes toe in, castor, camber.<br> This should not be the case as only front toe in is adjustable. I took the matter up wit the regional manager who told me this is the price that they are charging. Not only are they lying but they are ripping clients off for their financial benefit. <br> I was charged R 295 incl vat which is a total *******. Toe in adjustment charges between R 150 and R180 is more acceptable for the work done.<br> Check and get quotations from all other tire centres before going into Tiger Wheel and Tire, as this is a *******, and lying to customers.
