Faulty tyre

<p>In January 2017 had new tyres fitted at tigerwheel and tyre N1.</p> <p>Had to depart to Limpopo as that is my destination of work.</p> <p>On route to Limpopo i had a tyre burst near Ellisras.</p> <p>In Ellisras had to replace the tyre and went to the HI-Q to have a new tyre fitted as the tyre</p> <p>was in a very bad condition and unusable.</p> <p> </p> <p>As i did not have any space in my vehicle i had to leave the damaged tyre at HI-Q Ellisras but kept the receipt with me to provide as evidence as i also did take out insurance and believe should have a guarentee on the tyre when it was bought it at Tyger Wheel and Tyre N1.</p> <p> </p> <p>After returning to Cape town and going back to TWT to have the monies reinburst as i had a slip and also took out insurance on the tyre they refused to reinbers me as i did not have the physical tyre with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>What frustrated me is that i cannot believe is that eventhough i had proof that i had to replace the faulty tyre which i bought at TWT they still refused to reiburst me and expected me to drive with a faulty tyre without any space in my vehicle all the way from Limpopo. </p> <p> </p>
